In general, we cultivate a management style that encourages collaboration and creativity, with a focus on developing a culture of harmonious, open, and respectful partnership in the learning process between students, faculty, and staff.
In addition, we encourage an innovative and inquisitive spirit among our staff, and value humour, honesty, and a fair bit of courage among their qualities. Understanding that the commitment to serve Five Mountain is, for many, more than just a job, we seek to be respectful of this service as an extension of spiritual practice, and support them however possible.
